Company History

Our story began in the early 1980s when the Georgia real estate market was emerging as a significant growth opportunity within the U.S.  CsS Services was formed to offer eviction processing solutions to the greater Atlanta area.

From the old days of using typewriters, to our current cloud-based computing environment, we have always embraced technology to help make our services easy to access, efficient, and essential for eviction process management.  Through the use of our technology platform, OptiRent™, CsS Services has grown to provide services on a national level. OptiRent™ allows our customers to have visibility into their portfolio, support corporate compliance, and let the onsite teams manage their eviction cases efficiently.

Today, the CsS team is one most experienced and capable teams in our industry.  Powered by our filing platform, OptiRent™, CsS is well equipped to service our customers’ eviction needs through attorneys, process servers, preservation and set-out providers.

Our Process

Notices/Demands

Customer produced demands can be easily uploaded into OptiRent™ for customer tracking. Alternatively demand creation requests can be routed directly to your attorney firm for production and service in accordance with jurisdictional regulations.  These demands can be marked as resolved or seamlessly progress into the next stage of the process.  

Eviction Filings

  We make tracking the progress of an eviction easier than ever before.  Whether using an attorney or preparing your case yourself, we provide meaningful and timely insights into required  actions to assure your case has an opportunity to progress without delays.

Physical Eviction

 We empathize with the sensitivity of the circumstances surrounding an eviction set-out/lock-out and treat the process with the highest degree of respect. Each eviction is carried out with a great deal of organization and always under law enforcement’s supervision to assure the process is completed safely.

Clean Up Services

After an eviction, we also provide clean-up services which includes exterior and interior debris removal to ensure your property is ready for a new resident. Our goal is to save your company time and resources and help avoid potentially costly code and HOA-related violations.

Our experienced team handles each step of the physical set-out process with the utmost level of integrity. We manage the physical eviction from start-to-finish including scheduling, required labor, time-stamped photography, lock re-key or replacement, and interior and exterior debris clean up.

We provide physical eviction and clean-up services nationally. CsS will coordinate directly with law enforcement in your property’s jurisdiction to assure the physical eviction process is executed timely, safely and legally. Our clean up services are performed in accordance with jurisdictional rules and corporate polices.
