Company History
Our story began in the early 1980s when the Georgia real estate market was emerging as a significant growth opportunity within the U.S. CsS Services was formed to offer eviction processing solutions to the greater Atlanta area.
From the old days of using typewriters, to our current cloud-based computing environment, we have always embraced technology to help make our services easy to access, efficient, and essential for eviction process management. Through the use of our technology platform, OptiRent™, CsS Services has grown to provide services on a national level. OptiRent™ allows our customers to have visibility into their portfolio, support corporate compliance, and let the onsite teams manage their eviction cases efficiently.
Today, the tenured CsS team is organized by jurisdiction and is one of the most capable in our industry. Powered by our operations platform, OptiRent™, CsS is well equipped to coordinate our customers’ eviction processing needs through attorneys, and eviction related service providers.
Our Process…
Notices/Demands
Customer-generated demands can be easily uploaded into OptiRent™ for tracking and or routing in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. Alternatively, demand requests within OR can be routed directly to your attorney’s office for preparation and service, in compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Once completed, these demands can be marked as resolved or advanced seamlessly to the next stage of the process.
Eviction Filings
We make tracking the progress of an eviction simple and straightforward. Whether you’re working with an attorney or representing yourself, we provide timely updates and actionable insights to help keep your case moving forward without unnecessary delays.
Physical Eviction
We understand the sensitivity of set-outs and lock-outs and approach each with the highest level of respect. Every physical eviction is carried out with careful organization and always under the supervision of law enforcement to ensure the process is completed safely and compliant with jurisdiction rules.
Clean Up Services
After a set out, we also provide complete clean-up services, including interior and exterior debris removal, to ensure your property is ready for a new resident. Our goal is to save you time and resources while helping you avoid costly code or HOA violations.
National Eviction Solutions
OptiRent™ allows you and your attorney to monitor every detail of your cases progress. OptiRent™ provides updates to your attorney and all authorized users, with automatic notifications related to required actions to minimize controllable time-frames.
OptiRent™ is set up to assure compliance with your corporate, attorney and jurisdiction established rules with respect to required case documentation to avoid filing delays and to support potential hearings.
